Students will be introduced to basic positions, coordination, musicality, and classroom etiquette while gaining confidence and a sense of discipline through movement.

Venture Crew 1872 is a youth leadership program that specializes in living history and by attending local reenactments and providing programs at state parks. Our youth leaders will teach students basic cavalry drill from the 1860s. Then attendees will learn to dance the Virginal Reel, a highlight at reenactments.
